How to Proceed with this Service:
1. If you’re not sure we can repair your battery, feel free to contact us directly with any questions first.
2. Please click the book repair button below and checkout at our e-bay page, (price includes full diagnostic, collection and return shipping only)
3. On receipt of your order and payment, we will send you an email confirmation, with an attachment of a pre-paid address label that you can print out. If you don’t have a printer, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative courier for collection.
4. Pack your battery very carefully with plenty of padding, so that even if the parcel is very roughly handled nothing inside will get damaged or broken. Don’t forget to enclose the keys if your battery needs a key to turn it on. Be sure to send your charger along with the battery so after the rebuild we can test the new battery with your charger. If loose wires are exposed, please make sure to insulate and isolate these from each other.
5. Attach printed out postage label we provided to you, and wait for our courier to collect.
6. We will then be in touch once again to confirm we have received your battery and results of the diagnostics.
