Book a diagnostic for your broken device
To get started you need to Contact us through Facebook, phone call, E-mail or the on site contact form and let us know about the issues you are experiencing with your device then we can book you a diagnostic to to see what is wrong with the device.
We'll diagnose it and provide a price estimate
after we receive your device our technicians will thoroughly examine it to pinpoint the problem. We'll provide a clear explanation of the issue and a timeframe for the repair. if you are happy the price and time estimate we will proceed with the repair.
Post or bring the device to our workshop
You have the option to either drop off your device at our office or, if you are located far away, you can simply post it to us! For those in Bristol or Bath who can't make it to us, please inform us, and for a small call-out fee we will organize a convenient pickup from your residence, home, or office.

Important things you need to know about out services.
Do I need an appointment to drop off my devices?
Drop in anytime Monday – Friday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm no appointment needed. Saturdays are by appointment only, so please book ahead. When you get here, just press the Ring doorbell to let us know you’re outside. If you lose your way, pop into Ivy’s Café and they’ll point you in the right direction.
Do you repair Apple devices, including Macs?
Yes, we do repair Apple devices, including Macs. However, the availability of parts can sometimes be a challenge due to Apple's policies. Please contact us with your device model, and we will do our best to assist you.
Are you available for callouts / home or office visits?
Yes, we can come to you! We cover most of the Bristol and Bath area, just call, email, message or text us to arrange a booking at a time and day that suits you.
What are your service costs?
Our labour fee is £35 inc. VAT per hour. For some jobs, we may need to run diagnostics to provide a more accurate cost estimate. We will inform you of the estimated cost after diagnosing the problem.
What is your location?
We are located at 5D, Hanham Hall, Whittucks Rd, Hanham, Bristol BS15 3FR, UK. You can find us at the rear of Hanham Hall, next to the Café on the right. Google Maps should guide you directly to us, but if you have any trouble, look for our signs.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
We strive to provide the best service for our customers. If your device is unrepairable, there is no fee. However, if you choose not to proceed with a repair that we deem fixable, a small diagnostic fee may apply to cover time and overheads. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.
